Mums & Bubs Postpartum Pilates

Are you a new mom looking to regain strength, tone, and connect with other moms in a supportive environment? Join us for our specially crafted Postpartum Pilates class, led by our experienced instructor, Jess!

Mums & Bubs Welcome: Bring your precious bundle of joy to our Thursday sessions from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. Bond with your baby while focusing on your postpartum fitness journey.

​

Safe & Effective: This class is designed for moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have received medical clearance to exercise. Jess will guide you through exercises specifically aimed at strengthening your pelvic floor, aiding in your postpartum recovery and overall well-being.

Non-Mobile Babies: Don't worry about childcare logistics! Your baby can join you in their capsule, pram, or comfortably lay on the mat beside you while you work on rebuilding your strength and core stability.

Weekly Timetable:

Thursday 10:30am - 11:15am
