These classes are designed for moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have received medical clearance to exercise. Jess will guide you through exercises specifically aimed at strengthening your pelvic floor, aiding in your postpartum recovery and overall well-being.

Non-Mobile Babies
Don't worry about childcare logistics! Your baby can join you in their capsule, pram, or comfortably lay on the mat beside you while you work on rebuilding your strength and core stability.
Prices
Casual Attendance/ Pop in fee $20 per class
Weekly Booking/Reservation $14.50 per class (Prepaid monthly)
Please be aware that our studio operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or no-shows within this timeframe will incur full charges. Additionally, any concessions, flexi cards, packages, or courses purchased are non-refundable once finalised.
