Whether you're a beginner or seasoned enthusiast, our 45-minute Mat Pilates sessions cater to all fitness levels, featuring a mix of equipment for continuous progression.

This flexible, rolling booking can be canceled at any time, putting you in control of your fitness journey.

Unlock flexibility with our Flexi Card membership option at Active Core! For just $150, enjoy the convenience of 10 flexible classes, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Secure your space by booking in advance, and make your purchase seamlessly when booking your first class. If the class you desire is full, join our waitlist as spots may become available.

 

Please note that cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid losing one class credit off your Flexi Card. Similarly, if you miss a booked session, one class credit will be deducted. Pricing for private introduction sessions is available upon request, and we look forward to assisting you on your journey to optimal well-being.

Please be aware that our studio operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or no-shows within this timeframe will incur full charges. Additionally, any concessions, flexi cards, packages, or courses purchased are non-refundable once finalized.
