Lets Chat about Regular Exercise

Im sorry to break it to you but SUMMER BODIES ARE MADE IN WINTER.. sadly you cannot attend one fitness class and come out with that 6 pack of abs. I know i'm sad about it too. There are so many benefits to regular exercise, mentally and physically. When doing regular exercise you will notice improvement in your strength, flexibility and mobility as well as in your mental health. I have also been told that clients sleep wonderfully after they have attended their class. You will also get to know your body (mindfulness) and create a connection with your muscles (mind muscle connection) as well as create some muscle memory if you are consistent. Mindfulness is when you listen to what your body is trying to tell you. Mind muscle connection is basically your brain telling a certain muscle to do a job. For example, tilt your pelvic to flatter your back. After you have exercises for a long period of time your muscles start to create a memory so to speak. If you were to take a break from exercise for a month for example when you get back into it your body will quickly remember what it is required to do.. (this does not mean after 5 years you can jump back into your old fitness routine of 5 classes a week etc, you still need to ease back into exercise when you take a longer period of time off just to give your body time to adjust and not injure yourself because nobody wants that nor do they have the time for that.
