Join us for a series of unique Sunday morning classes designed to inspire movement, connection, and deeper understanding of your body. Whether you're new to Pilates or a regular in the studio, these one-off sessions offer something a little different - space to reset, share with a friend, or explore a specific focus in more depth.

 

🕘 All classes run from 9:00am – 10:00am (except the pelvic health workshop – 9:00am–10:30am).
📍Spaces are limited – bookings essential.
